General service information from the company Elsässer:

Service is my top priority, and I am usually available to provide advice and assistance even on weekends.

Delivery is included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25 km radius around Kaiserslautern.
It might also be possible to combine it with my travel routes; please inquire specifically, as I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also be happy to take care of the disposal of your old appliance, and of course, I am happy to handle the setup for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping for which a surcharge (flat rate) applies; see shipping costs under shipping conditions for "light materials".
