Service is my top priority, and I am generally available as a contact person with help and advice, even on weekends.

Delivery is included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25 km radius of Kaiserslautern.
It may also be possible to combine it with my travel routes; please inquire specifically, as I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also take care of the disposal of your old appliance, and I am, of course, happy to handle the initial setup for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping; a surcharge (flat rate) applies, see shipping costs under shipping conditions "heavy materials".

Warnings:

  • The milk cooler is specifically designed for storing milk in professional environments such as cafes or restaurants. It must be used exclusively for this purpose.
  • The appliance must be placed on a stable, horizontal, and non-slip surface, away from heat sources such as heaters, ovens, or direct sunlight.
  • Before commissioning, ensure that the power supply matches the specifications on the nameplate and that a grounded socket is used.
  • Adequate ventilation must be ensured by maintaining a distance of at least 10 cm between the back and the wall. Ventilation slots must not be covered or blocked.
  • The appliance must not be tilted or transported at an angle greater than 45°. After transport, a standing period of at least 24 hours is required before it is put into operation.
  • Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the appliance or play near it.
  • No highly flammable or explosive substances may be stored or used near the appliance.
  • All work on the cooling circuit, condenser, or electronics may only be carried out by qualified professional personnel.
  • Repairs and maintenance work must be performed with original spare parts to ensure operational safety.
  • The appliance must not be used in damp rooms or outdoors to prevent short circuits or damage.
  • Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent damaging the surfaces.
  • Before cleaning, maintenance, or long periods of non-use, switch off the appliance, pull the mains plug, and leave the door open so that the appliance can dry completely.
  • In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately and notify qualified professional personnel.
  • Dispose of packaging materials safely, as they can pose a choking hazard to children.
  • After a power outage or pulling the plug, the appliance should remain disconnected from the mains for at least 5 minutes before it is put back into operation.
  • The appliance does not have an on/off switch and is operated via the mains plug.
  • Take care not to damage the glass door to avoid risks of injury.
