Service is my top priority, and I am generally available as a contact person for advice and assistance, even on weekends.

Delivery is also included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25km radius of Kaiserslautern.
It may also be possible to combine it with my travel routes, please inquire specifically; I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also take care of the disposal of your old appliance, and I am, of course, happy to handle the commissioning for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping; a surcharge (flat rate) applies, see shipping costs under shipping conditions "light materials".

Warnings:

Place the device only on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
Connect the device exclusively to a grounded power outlet with the specified voltage (230 V).

The device is intended exclusively for heating cocoa, milk, and similar liquids.
In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately.
