General Service Information - Elsässer:

Service is my top priority, and I am generally available as a contact partner for advice and assistance even on weekends.

Delivery is included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25 km radius of Kaiserslautern.
It might also be possible to combine delivery with my travel routes; please inquire specifically. I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also be happy to take care of the disposal of your old device, and I am, of course, happy to handle the commissioning for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping; a surcharge (flat rate) applies; see shipping costs under "Hazardous goods - large" in the shipping terms.
