General service information from Elsässer:

Service is my top priority, and I am generally available for advice and assistance even on weekends.

Delivery is included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25km radius of Kaiserslautern.
It may also be possible to combine delivery with my travel routes; please inquire explicitly, as I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also be happy to take care of the disposal of your old equipment, and I am of course happy to handle the commissioning for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping; a surcharge (flat rate) applies, see shipping costs under "heavy materials" in the shipping conditions.
