Product Description:

ULTIMATE slicer – precise with safety. Lights on, full cutting power ahead: The GRAEF ULTIMATE slicer incorporates over 100 years of experience and modern technology for those who love design and performance. The unique lighting concept brings true style to the kitchen. The adjustment scale and cutting area are optimally illuminated, ensuring every slice is precise, even in low light. The LED Safety Control is particularly clever. If the light is blue, everything is ready to go. After about a minute, it changes to red to signal: the carriage is still open. This way, you stay in control at all times. And for those who are so busy enjoying their food that they forget to turn off the fine slicer, the stand-by mode helps by turning off the illumination of the scale ring and blade after five minutes. Smart: If the carriage is still open at that time, the red light pulses as a reminder. Afterward, only the red light remains on guard until the carriage is closed – for even more safety. The fine adjustment from 0 to 2 mm enables millimeter-precise results. The whisper-quiet solid steel blade glides effortlessly through meat, vegetables, bread, and more – for wafer-thin slices without compromise. The ULTIMATE also sets standards in terms of appearance. Solid full metal, sleek lines, and shatterproof glass make it an eye-catcher on any countertop. The integrated solid steel blade works powerfully and precisely, visible with every cut. Quality Made in Germany meets high comfort. A safety switch protects against unintentional use. Smooth, easily accessible surfaces can be cleaned quickly. The blade cover, blade, carriage, and scraper can be removed in just a few steps. And with the included blade sharpener, the blade can be resharpened at home at any time.

The warranty period is also extra long and a promise of quality: a full five years. Only the best and most durable materials are used for this GRAEF slicer. Thus, the smooth solid steel blade, turned from a single piece of steel, features professional gastro-quality hollow grinding. The capacitor motor is also absolutely maintenance-free and has been in use in other GRAEF models for decades.

Maintenance-free motor technology

This GRAEF slicer is equipped with a 170-watt capacitor motor. This high-torque motor is whisper-quiet, maintenance-free, and powerful. At a constant speed, the motor ensures effortless slicing without loss of power.

Full-metal design in professional style

Cool, solid full metal meets rounded, sleek forms and shatterproof glass. The full-metal blade guard ring not only gives the ULTIMATE a unique premium look but also protects the solid steel blade and makes cleaning easier.
