General service information from the company Elsässer:

Service is my top priority, and I am usually available to provide help and advice even on weekends.

Delivery is included in the price; there are no additional costs within a 25km radius of Kaiserslautern.
It may also be possible to combine it with my travel routes; please ask explicitly, as I am in the Rhine-Main area once a week.

I would also take care of the disposal of your old appliance, and I am, of course, happy to handle the setup for you if I deliver directly (without shipping).

For longer distances, I offer shipping; a surcharge (flat rate) applies; please see shipping costs under "Shipping Terms" for "light materials".
