- Grew up in his parents' electrical installation business, which was founded by Josef Elsässer in 1928.
- My father, Alfred Elsässer, died at the age of 51 as a result of his work, which involved a lot of asbestos fibers in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
- I studied electrical engineering from 1995 to 2000 and received my diploma in communications engineering.
Over the years, I have acquired a great deal of know-how in the area of project management, which is also extremely important for my work here: - 10 years of brake development
- 5 years of steering development
- 4 years as a quality manager at the OEM
- 4 years of project management in technical development at the OEM
- Unfortunately, the original business had to be closed in 2006 because it was no longer possible to work as an electrical engineer in industry and in the trades at the time.
- But since then, I have always missed the contact with customers.
- I wanted to use my craftsmanship skills again, so I decided to reopen the business as a part-time job in 2022.
- I enjoy sacrificing myself for the customers and I generally miss the absolute commitment to the customer, which unfortunately is decreasing more and more.
- I want to buck the trend; you can rely on me 100%, that is my claim.
I look forward to your inquiry - Your
Hagen Elsässer
